No internet no help

I am Ment to be moving over from sky today
Well no not happy
No internet presume you have switched off my sky but not got connected up have hole in path with 3 pipe coming out thats it
Trying to work from home tried to ring up 30 min on hold no ansewer not impressed so far

@gillian5pearson Welcome to the forum.

Your post is a little confusing. Plusnet will not have 'switched off your Sky' - only Sky can do that.

How did you get broadband previously? - via a dish?

Did you have a telephone service previously - if so, who with?

I'm sorry for the issues you've had with the service, though it does look like you are now active and connected to the service.  It's worth noting that when we're taking over an active line, there can be a period of time between the old provider stopping the service to allow the new provider to then take over the line, We try and make transfer orders as seamless as possible but some downtime is always inevitable on the day of switchover. I'm sorry if this was not communicated to yourself.
