No email about reward card

Hi, I signed up to plusnet on the 9th, activated on the 14th of January, I was meant to get an email about a reward card, but nothing yet.

please advise, thanks

I'm not able to see a Reward Card on your account. Did you take out your plan directly through the PlusNet site, or was this through a third party?

Hi, i went through moneysavingexpert, one of the broadband deals, it was meant to be a plusnet card, not one from their site.
when signing up it also said it on the plusnet website, before I put in all my info for swapping broadband etc

though i did have an issue on the plusnet site when signing up as I had to do it 3 times before it actually went through to my email to actually confirm switching, but it still took 3 payments from my bank. they were all pending, but one eventually went through and the other 2 vanished.. so maybe that caused an issue with the reward card?

Thanks for letting me know @altisna. It might be that this hasn't updated on your account, with your sign-up journey being a little unusual, so it might be worth giving our team a call to see if there is anything they can do.
