Forward on no reply

Hi there,

If I do *#61#  query I get that forwarding will engage after 20 seconds when unsanswered. I want to increase this to 30 seconds. I have tried **61*+447870020555**30# and **61*+447870020555*11*30#, where *11* is voice calls and 30 is the delay before forward in seconds. Neither codes are accepted though they do work on EE, Virgin and 3. Can you please advise?

If you give us a call on 500 from your Plusnet Mobile, 08000791133 from any other line, or contact us on live chat via our website, we'll be able to extend your number to a maximum of 30 seconds, no problem Cool

This forward is for voicemail, not a user selected number.
