Hello, I have recently placed an order to have my phone and broadband services taken over by Plusnet. When I placed the order I was hoping to be able to change my landline number but this option never presented itself. What I would like to know is can I change my landline number to a new one, and would this delay my order? Order is due for completion on January 7th if that helps, and it was for Fibre Extra and phone. Thanks.
If the order is currently going through already, my advice would be to leave it. Once the order completes, we can change the number. If you can put details on the ticket once the order completes, we can run through the ins and outs with you. Tony
