Thanks for coming back to the community.
It is possible that the payment didn't go through fully if website froze and didn't give you a confirmation.
As you'd attempted the payment, it would usually be marked as pending by your bank, just in case it does go through, but if it doesn't, it would be returned back to your balance within 7-10 days.
The quickest way to check if it has gone through would be to give us a call and our customer service guides can check the account.
