Ticket Kick

Hi, could someone have a look at my ticket -161829161.  I'm waiting on an external visit to connect the premises and would like to know if the visit is booked in yet?  Thanks!

Hi there.

It looks like this is in hand with our FTTP Team.

They've escalated this with our suppliers and they'll be in touch when they've got more info.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

the Fibre install is now complete both out and inside the premises and Im trying to speak with someone to understand why we cant move forward and complete the order????  Can anyone advise what happens next?
