Plusnet Protect

After adding plusnet protect to my account and going off to the download page which was hosted at home.mcafee.com I found I had been set up with an email address of the format nnnnnn@plus.net and a password.  How do I find out what the password is should I need to login in future.

you don't, you need the serial number from the download page, each time you need to reinstall the product or install it on a separate device you get a new serial number, word of caution if your using windows 10 it doesn't work with it
