Request to move my domain from Plusnet

Having decided not to go with Greenby hosting, I wish to transfer my domain (to Hostinger). I have spoken to PN but the answer was almost we cannot change the IPSTAG. Fingers crossed, it looks like posting here will enable the process to happen. Would be very grateful if someone could pick this up. Advised that new ISP TAG should be AXIDOMAINS.
