Can’t change main mailbox password

Hello,

Anyone else had trouble changing their main mailbox password?

This is an account that has NOT been migrated to Greenby yet and is an ex plusnet customer. Elderly relative of mine hence not wanting to change their email address.

It used to be if you changed the portal password it updated the main catchall mailbox (using the username only to log in) but have tried multiple times and it isn’t changing that password at the same time.

Tried speaking to support and them changing it over the phone but it doesn’t work for them either.

A case was opened before Christmas ticket ID 252152629 if any staff want to look but no reply. Tried chasing it tonight and nobody has even looked at it I was told and it has just been closed. Reply via email or my number is on the account anyway if you do need to get in contact.

Reason for change is password noted as compromised so want it done asap.

Not sure what they did but after an hour on the phone managed to get this resolved.
