Reward card email not received

Hi

My fibre broadband was activated on 4th December 2025. I haven’t received a claim email for a Plusnet Reward Card (£85 Mastercard) yet.

I understand I should have received this within 10 working days of my service being activated.

Please can you advise.

If you have not received your Reward Card please call 0344 879 1069 OR email plusnet@purecard.com so this can be looked into.
