BT Sport activation

I activated my new viewing card on saturday with a 48hr promise it would be on.
48hrs gone but card still not activated.
Rang T/S they said they will send activation dept an email.
How long do you have to wait for this activation?

I think the activation department do not work weekends, so the 48hrs will start today. Either that, or the ticket to request BT Sport takes several days to be picked up and activation takes place 48 hrs later.
Plusnet really need to clarify this as people are being mislead on the actual activation times.

yes, this seems a very poor way to go about things, not a very good advert for the new service
judging by the number of threads/ posts you think they would streamline this activation process
