We’re incredibly proud of the service we provide to our customers and we’re constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate, this is of course the reason why we’ve launched our brand new Twitter handle! @plusnethelp is a dedicated support line which has been introduced to provide our customers with another way of reaching our award winning service teams. Our specialist social media team are here to deal with any queries and concerns raised via Twitter from 9am through to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm on Saturdays. Twitter provides another way to engage with our users on an individual basis combined with the opportunity to show off our Plusnet personality a little too! The new Twitter handle adds to the range of customer service channels we currently have available; our UK based call centre, Plusnet webchat available through www.plus.net and our Plusnet Help YouTube channel, which is continually updated with the latest help and support videos from how to set up your router to running speed checks. We’ll also be continuing with our Facebook page and @plusnet twitter handle which will provide a range of information about our brand and marketing activities as well as the exciting things we get up to in our local community.
