Hub One - Opening ports for Canary camera

Hi all,

I recently bought a Canary camera, but have been struggling to get it to work on my Plusnet connection.

Their support have advised me that I need to open TCP port 443 and UDP port 123. 

I'm pretty sure that I've done this (config screenshot below), but it's still not working. Canary support insist it's an ISP issue, Plusnet support refuses to even talk about it because "we don't support port forwarding", so I'm currently stuck with quite an expensive paperweight. 

Any ideas on what else I could do to make this work?
