I am wondering if anybody working on my order and it is still alive . It was placed 16th of July and my switch over date supposed to be 27th, but
- no communication after that.
- no updates on support tickets, which I created
- no answering phones for over 40 minutes
- no chat available
- no router
- still paying to BT as usual
Is the company still in business? I wanted to switch all my family from O2 to Plusnet for SIM deals, but now I am not sure anymore.
I understand COVID-19 excuse, it is a tough situation for any business, but no communication at all for 2 weeks? The deadline for switch over has been missed already and no new date provided. I need to know if it is going ahead soon, or I will need to cancel it.
