iCloud hopes

It is interesting to know that outgoing mail for migrated plus.com accounts are still being routed directly to relay.plus.net rather than the Greenby proxy.
This may explain why emails to iCloud are still being rejected "due to local policy" -- Apple's internal filters deciding the messages or sending practices do not meet their standards.
Once outgoing mail goes through the Greenby proxy will iCloud start accepting our messages? We live in hope.

relay.plus.net is already pointing at the Greenby proxy. This change was setup long before any accounts were migrated.

Has the switch now been made to the Greenby proxy?

Maybe I was slightly simplifying things.The proxy is there and migrated accounts would normally be routed by the proxy to the Greenby SMTP server, However  for plus.com accounts they are still all routed to Plusnet irrespective of whether they are migrated or not

@MisterW Are @<account>.f9.co.uk  Force9 accounts being routed via Plusnet or Greenby?

If the f9 account has been migrated ( most have ) then yes it is routed to the Greenby SMTP server
