I was due to receive a £50 or £75 cashback with my order, but I never received an e-mail with the i9nstructions to redeem. Any guidance on how to complete this?

I appreciate your query regarding the cashback promotion, which is for £75 for your particular services. I've checked your details and can see you were sent the email link in October. You have until 26th December to claim the cashback by clicking on the link and filling out the cashback form. Please check your junk or spam folder for the email if you have not received it.

My Spam folder is emptied every 2 weeks, so if is possible this has been lost. Is there a way to have a copy of this email resent?

It's not possible to re-send the email as it comes from our affiliates however I've sorted out your reward and you should expect it within 30 days to your registered home address.
