Call Features Awaiting Activation

Hi, I have several call features still awaiting activation after a week, including voicemail which I already had but is now not working! Additionally an error message saying I "can't make any changes to my account until the the order is completed" is on my Home page.

I've placed an order to activate those features, should be working within 24 hours.
