No order in progress

On logging in to Plus Net there is a box on https://portal.plus.net/member-centre/home saying:-

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

Looking at the Phone Call features page https://www.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features there is another box:-

Unable to change service

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

You currently have an order in progress to add call features

Your call feature(s) will be added to your account on the next working day.
Please note: If you've requested to add any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete.

The List below shows:-

   [ Awaiting activation ] £0.00 per month Information

 

However, I've had working Caller Display for around 10 years now, so it is not awaiting activation, but it's always shown like that on the features page. Please can PlusNet set this to completed, so I can use the account properly.

Sorry, this is unacceptable. Please mark the caller Id feature as complete, so I can use my account properly.

I also have this issue

Unable to change service
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

has been on there for months when trying to remove answer phone, but now would like to change contract and cant even view options .

I have the same problem, a message telling me 

 

You cannot make any change...a phone order in progress.

 

I have not order any phone, and I NEED TO HAVE access to my account.

 

Please, please, HELP me.
