Need Urgent Help

So, die to the pandemic my pay at work as suffered and as such am late paying my wifi bill.
I will be able to pay friday but will be restricted and charged fees tomorrow however I cant access the member centre because the website refuses to connection (This ONLY happens on plus.net and I also tried wiping history, cookies and cache).
I also cant reach them through the phone because the answer phone message just says they're unable to take my call.
What am I meant to do? Therese absolutely no way for me to contact plusnet and make them aware so I'm going to receive charges because I'm was unable to reach anyone through the specified means of contact?
