@B8K Are you sure you are entering the correct password? Does it contain any special characters? Are you entering a figure '0' for a letter O', or vice versa?

Have you considered using the 'Forgotten your password' link found on the login screen?
I believe it will send an email to the registered email address for your account
Sometimes auto complete can add a space to the end of a word.

@B8K Is this error something along the lines of 'an error has occurred, you already have change in progress' across your account main page?

OK - this is a known, but unacknowledged, error in the accounting system - this message should clear on completion of an order, but fails to do so. Your best bet is to call in and ask for the error to be manually rectified.
