Cannot Login to account

Entered my username and password and it says incorrect details. I set these up when I opened the account. I haven't tried to login for months.

@B8K Are you sure you are entering the correct password? Does it contain any special characters? Are you entering a figure '0' for a letter O', or vice versa?

Have you considered using the 'Forgotten your password' link found on the login screen?

I believe it will send an email to the registered email address for your account

Sometimes auto complete can add a space to the end of a word.

I did not use the link in my email to go to Plusnet. Instead I started with a fresh login and when it said reset password this time it worked. So I got in and accessed my billing. But it still says an error as it always has done. There is nothing processing but says there is. I can't see how to attach the screen grab here.

@B8K Is this error something along the lines of 'an error has occurred, you already have change in progress' across your account main page?

Sort of...saying I have a phone order in progress

OK - this is a known, but unacknowledged, error in the accounting system - this message should clear on completion of an order, but fails to do so. Your best bet is to call in and ask for the error to be manually rectified.
