Changing Password - General Information
The following guide advises a general guide on how to change the password stored in a USB modem.
USB modems are generally controlled using the Dial Up Networking section of Windows.
In order to update your password, please use the following steps:
- Make sure you are offline to allow the password change to be made.
- Click Start and select Control Panel.
- Click the Network and Internet Connections category.
- Click the Network Connections icon.
- Double-click the icon for your connectin in the Dial Up of Network Connections.
- In the dialogue box that appears, enter your new password and click Dial.
