Hi,

Since fibre and homephone was activated, i've had a very noisy phone line and my BB disconnects when the phone rings or i dial out.

Very good BB speeds, though.

Tried a phone line diagnosis (needed to use my mobile BB) which came up with this, in part:

Diagnosis code: T039
Description: FAULT - EXCHANGE EQUIPMENT FAULTY

Reason: FAIL

Ticket said i would have been contacted about this 2 days ago, so now i'm wanted an update on progress, thanks.

The support team phoned to say the exchange was ok, so an engineer is coming out tomorrow pm.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Morning. So the engineer came yesterday and found a fault at the exchange. When the fiber was installed the technician forgot remove the existing bridging wires. This was causing the drop outs. Everything's been working perfectly since. Many thanks for your help.
