Hi, our phone line is making a static/crackling noise that is making it difficult to listen to people on the other end of the line. I tried following the online troubleshooting but at the point where it checks the line, the internet connection cuts off, then after a few minutes the page says an error has occured. Would it be possible to check the line and get back to me through the forum?

The tests couldn't detect the problem, so the next step is to book an engineer. Can you reply to Ticket 106451216 with the info requested and I'll get this sorted.
