Hi all
I have looked everywhere how to add a mobile number to a phone package and how much it would be, also I had an offer sent to me by email for having broad band at £ 2 ( think it was ) a month if I renewed my contract but when I did renew it I am being charged same price as before!
I only want to add one mobile number which I call a lot but atm it is costing me a lot of money, thanks in advance

There's no way to add a specific mobile number on to your account, however if you give our customer options team a call on 0800 013 2632 they should be able to help you add mobile calls to your phone package.

there is a 15 minute wait on the phone, not acceptable

There's currently under a 1 minute wait for customer options, tech is longer right now but customer options should be quick to get to.

hi I have tried several times to call you but what ever number I try there is a 15 min wait

Is that just the message on the phone or are you actually waiting 15 minutes each time?

every time I phone up, a voice says sorry there is currently a 15 minute waiting time for an operator! I have tried several times and the chat is never working. I will maybe try later

CHAT is not working I suspect because you have POP UP Blocker activated on your browser; turn that off for PlusNet
This prevents the CHAT window from appearing.

I spoke to Customer Options this morning about 9:15. Got straight through without holding at all.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
