We are not providing the Fibre to the Premises trial to our business users. At the moment this is only for residential accounts. To see if we can provide it for you, we would need to convert the business account to a residential ADSL service and take it from there. The trial hasn't officially ended as such.

Thanks for getting back in touch @fmsdirectltd.
Best thing I would suggest you do is to ring the Business team on 0800 023 2221 or 0330 123 4433.and explain this to them so they can arrange the necessary.
Kind Regards,
Mark
