I will do, thanks. On a side note, are there any other routers on the market that works on this network I could purchase that has better performance etc? Or is it best just to stick with the plusnet router?

Hey, @colinbdunkley I can see a fault has been raised on your account and a 2nd engineer has been booked in for tomorrow.

Hi Claudia, yeah im hoping the second engineer will spot something as the issue still remains. Im getting another router/modem sent out to me just incase im super unlucky and the other 2 were bad
