Just to confirm, customers should be able to re-connect (if they haven't already).
If anyone is still having problems, please try logging back into the router and manually re-connecting (www.plus.net/reboot) .

This afternoon we experienced a large drop in the number of customer sessions across our broadband network.
This will have caused a large volume of customers to lose connectivity to the Internet.
Our network engineers are currently investigating this.
If you are struggling to connect to the Internet then please try powering off your modem or router for 30 minutes before powering it back up and attempting to re-establish a connection to the Internet.
We'll provide another update later this evening.

No (Fibre) Internet since 4pm ----
we going to see any refund or compensation over this !
My network says i *should* internet, but that there's a Gateway issue
Can't even get through to you to complain - my line just drops out after the first ring
Having to post this via tethering to my 3G phone service

Yep - been down since 4pm - BN3 1HG - just died on me - says it's a Gateway error

Plusnet are going downhill. Getting fed up with it now. That's the fifth in the last 6 weeks of same ip address 172********* fibre down! WHAT IS GOING ON?

I already turned the modem and router off 15 minutes ago and I'll see if it works in 15 minutes. Hopefully it's going back up today...
