That is saying that the router firewall is blocking the game from sending https requests to a server. It looks to me as if the game is trying to download an update but the firewall is blocking it for some reason. Then, because it is getting no response, the game tries a different server and that is blocked too. Check under Advanced settings / Firewall / Configuration that you are not set to block outgoing traffic. If that is okay, try putting your console temporarily into the DMZ and see if those messages stop appearing in the log.
Can you tell us what console you have? PS4? XBox? I don't use consoles myself, but other people here may have experience of running them through a plusnet router.

It's a ps4 & tbh I switched off the firewall because I thought that was the issue at first. That's what I don't quite get? It's switched off & so is any setting in the members section online re connections, so I just don't get what's blocking?

If you did a factory reset, the firewall will have been turned on again. But if turning it off didn't solve the problem, then maybe it's a red herring. Do the disconnections still occur even if the PS4 is unplugged from the router for a few hours?

@Patd95yrg Referring back to your first post, I noticed you quoted download speed of 6 mbps. When you perform a speed test, is it still returning around 6 mbps ?
If yes, can I suggest you check your plusnet account username & password is stored in your Hub One router?

If you own an iphone 5, or later, the Hub One by default is configured to use the same wifi (SSID) name on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Here is something you might try:
Can I suggest you log into the Hub One, goto Advanced Settings -> 5GHz wireless settings.
Change the setting to unsync the wifi name to 2.4 GHz wifi, and specify a new name for the 5 GHz wifi.
eg. append -5GHz to the name.
Save the settings.
Connect your iphone to one of the two wifi names only. Make sure your phone 'forgets' the other wifi name to stop it toggling between the two wifi names.
See if it makes any difference to the disconnection issue experienced by the phone.
