Thanks for getting back to us. I've booked the appointment for tomorrow between 1pm and 6pm. I've also updated the ticket on your account with further information regarding the escalation requests here.
Please disregard the automated part in the booking ticket repeating the engineer charge as by this point we are very much aware you have accepted the terms.

Engineer eventually performed lift and shift and to different card but synced the same.
He reset DLM from his phone to clear interleaving but stayed this same again.
Left overnight, a few resyncs this morning for some reason and we, at the moment, are at 73.
Still getting a fair few errors but nowhere near as many as before.
Not celebrating just yet.

Hi @Alucidnation, thanks for your updates.
I've checked the engineer notes and it seems that he suspects external REIN (Random Electrical Impulse Noise) to be the cause of your issues. In all honesty it's probably one of the worst outcomes we could have come to as if it turns out the REIN is caused by a neighbour, for example, there is very little we or Openreach are able to do to prevent it.
I've rejected the Openreach report and asked for clarification on whether or not this is indeed a REIN case.
As you're aware, it can sometimes take up to 72 hours for us to receive a response but we will update you as soon as possible.
