Is there anyone from the plusnet team that can edit my domain records.
At the moment i cant log into my account to do it myself.
i have phoned customer support, and they put me through to billing and they escalated my problem with the email team, they were supposed to contact me by last Friday and i still havn't received a call. and i can't login to check / make a ticket,
i just need someone to change the IPS record for me.
