Can't Upload

I'm trying to upload some files to my site through FileZilla but I keep getting a message saying Critical Error.
Anyone know?

uploading to where - ccgi or www and for either what FTP host are you using? If www try ftp2.plus.net
Tried rebooting PC and router as it could be a local firewall/router problem?
