Oddly, five emails - all from this afternoon, and one a test message which I sent from my gmail account - have suddenly arrived in my globalnet inbox. Two weeks after the last one. So I'm still missing two weeks of emails.
Also, I still can't seem to log into webmail.
Any ideas, please?

Update:
email seems to be working now, and I also managed to log in to web mail. Many thanks to whoever did whatever it was that made that happen.
Unfortunately, I'm still missing two weeks of emails. Does anybody know what happened to those and how I might get them back, please?

I have had a good rummage through all directories (and down the back of the sofa). I have no emails received - either at my MS:Outlook POP3 client or my globalnet webmail account between 25/5 and 8/6.
The only test messages received are two which I sent from my gmail account on 8th and 9th June. Two others that I sent on 3rd and 5th June via the same route are absent from both the webmail and client-based globalnet/Plusnet accounts (inbox and deleted folders), as is any that you sent.
How can two weeks' emails simply disappear? What guarantee can users have that it couldn't happen again at any time?
