Mine was also archived due to inactivity.

An email was sent on 23/10/2022 saying the contents have been archived.

The email read:

You are receiving this message as your mailbox has not been accessed since:

2022-04-09 22:52:31

Please could you unachive my email.

It was archived due to being to big, but I desperately need some old emails for legal reasons.

If you could unarchive them for a short time, I can pop off the whole thing and delete them on your server.

@Blxfive all raised now and should have an update with 72 hours

@cdmatthewson I can see yours has already been raised.

@joe unfortunately we only hold them for 30 days so we are unable to un-archive yours, I am sorry about that.

Hi, Yes I phoned them earlier today and they have already unachived them.
I will have a very bizzy day tomorrow finding all the emails I need from 5 years ago and then deleting them from the server.

If PN have in fact archived/deleted/lost the data from my mailbox as is being alleged in a recent email to it (or intend to do so in due course), then PLEASE UNARCHIVE/UNDELETE/FIND any data removed and restore it immediately. Your claim that the mailbox hasn't been accessed with 90 days is not only 100% false but I have irrefutable evidence available to prove each and every time that it has actually been accesed. The last time being 24/12/2022 at 23:47:30

There is only 1 user-defined mailbox on my main A/C (the one that provides PN with do$h each and every month) so not difficult to find but should there be any doubt, it begins with "B" and ends with "B"
