Archived mailbox? Request for it to be unarchived here!

Please could you unarchive my emails? In particular for the mailbox named **d@***********s.plus.com ? I have gone over the inbox size limit. I'm happy to receive the e-mails in the form of a saved file (digest - e.g. mbox or similar) if that helps by getting them off your server. The archiving took place on approximately Friday 16th December.

The mail service does not work that way.

Your mailbox will be restored as it was.  It is down to you to chose how to cull content or archive it locally off-line.

Dear Plusnet,

Around a month ago you helped us by unarchiving my mother's email (the account holder - Helen Petter).

Unfortunately I got ill at that point and couldn't visit her to help ensure she had reduced her mailbox size, and now it looks like it has happened again. So, please could you once more unarchive and this time I will make sure we do the necessary deletions.

I am wondering - is there an option to purchase more storage from you, to prevent this happening and your time being used to sort this out?

Last time I included her email address in the message and you removed it for data protection reasons, so I'm not including it this time, in the hope that the thread will make the account obvious.
