Quote from: Chris DLM won't take action against your line for the first 2 days that it's become active.
Well as per my thread here.
I have had to reboot to get throughput and I have already lost 4mbps of my speed.. I can see this is going to be one hell of a ballache. Once I have got the 2 months refunded I will consider leaving and I'll get a replacement.
I know there was an outage earlier but it's happened 3 times today.

There's a Major Service Failure in your area - it's unfortunately something outside of our direct control.
You've linked to it on your other thread, so I'd keep an eye on it.

Well as you can see from this post.. It's getting worse. And it's been less than 72 hours I shouldn't have to raise a fault. The fact I i am still 2 months out of pocket just rubs salt in the wounds

Morning Pete,
As mentioned on the ticket (which I've seen you've updated ;)), we're still more than open to either crediting you or refunding back for the downtime so we'll get this done for you as per your request.
I saw that you noted in the ticket that the engineer informed you that a new line had more or less been built for you and the speeds were showing fine immediately following the install however there are still many other factors to take into account with regards to the speeds dropping. The line is naturally going to see some fluctuation within the first 14 days or so as the the DLM reads the line stats and adjusts the speeds to suit which is no doubt what you're seeing now.
As you can see from the attached image, you're not doing too bad at all where the speed estimates are concerned and you're currently sat within the clean line speeds.

Pretty unlucky with FTTC Pete. More likely u are better off with 2 x 152/12 with virgin media and cancel your FTTC.
