How long does activation take?

Phone line is active and router has arrived, how long until activation? Tried to ask on the chat and they didn’t have access to the order and have been on hold for 30 minutes on the phone with the automation telling me my broadband isn’t ready. How do I find out the activation date as haven’t been told one?

Thank you for opening the ticket. However I still haven't had a response even though it was supposed to be updated yesterday. 

Will someone look at the ticket today?

Just asking as I have had quite a few issues with my order that activation will happen today as it says on my emails? As currently I haven't received an activation message.

Hi @Rebeccataylor21, Your order completed as of about 5pm this evening in our suppliers systems, but the account hadn't activated (this is normal there's sometimes a delay in receiving the notification from them - which is why we advise by close of business on the activation date). I've manually activated the account and you should now be able to connect.
