@Lynnepat Hopefully, one of the others on here can check - but as I've said above, I reckon your printer is expecting to still be connected to your old router.

@Lynnepat OK, on the screen posted by @Dan_the_Van above, at the bottom there's a Wireless Mode box, try changing that to Mode 2, if that still doesnt work then try Mode 3.
Or as suggested by @jab1 , try a full factory reset on the printer

They usually are - and not just HP, either.

Just for info in relation to WiFi bands,
the spec for this printer says "Wireless 802.11a/b/g/n",
so theoretically should be capable of both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands.

@Lynnepat I have never had to reset an HP - all my printers have been Canon but try this (found on Google) : Restore factory defaults on most HP DeskJet and ENVY printers. Restore factory defaults using a DeskJet or ENVY printer control panel. Open the cartridge access door. On the control panel, press and hold the Power and Wireless buttons for at least 3 seconds.

The printer will also work as a USB device, do you still have the cable.
A previous HP printer I had I setup in USB mode and then changed the connection using the app

Sorry it is still not working - it should, if it has reset to default.

I see on the screenshot in Reply #10 that the Hub Two has a [Start WPS] button shown.
From the printer's user guide - http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c07043347.pdf (page 22)
here are the instructions for connecting using WPS (avoiding typing any passwords or other missteps)
