Ordered online on Saturday.
It said I needed a new viewing card despite being a current sky customer with activate viewing card.
Called call centre and explained, they said I should need a new card and processed the order.
I got an email confirmation saying it would be active inside 48 hours.
Over 48 hours have passed and it still isn't activate.
Please can you sort. It shouldnt be taking this long.
