Referral discount calculation changed yet again!

Scott,
This looks like a real honest result.  Thank you for your dilligence and tenacity in bottoming out the issues.  You noted 7 other problems have been identified.  Would it be possible to have them listed here so that we can all see if "our issue" has been covered off please?  As ever an indication of a target fix date would be appreciated.

Good on you Scott for persevering with this, and good to see Plusnet in true fashion admitting that mistakes were made.
It looks like this might finally be resolved soon with, as you say, the result that we've hoped for.

Some of the problems are relatively minor things that are just changing how we do some things. E.g. when over £5 is accrued paying back by BACS instead of cheque.
"Problems" is a bit of a misnomer for most of the things its just how they are recorded internally.

It is not normaly my means of bring probles to the front row but Ian now getting a little tiered with the on going probles and the very little responce to questions asked.
I have found out that the VAT errors have now be correct on Bussines accounts after I rasid the question way back when VAT changed, But no correction to my account has be seen fot the years of errors.  But still the proble is not finished thoe credits agints the account are made including the VAT. The bacs payments back to my account still do not have the VAT values corrected.
Thats my first question. Next I am now seening token values set to ZERO and there for no credtis for these accounts. reported first change back in November now another one has be set to zero. When When When will it all be corrected and payments made. If  I was to do this to my client base I would soon be with out clients and out of work. thas my second question.

The discount for Extra Fibre 250 has disappeared. I bet if this was a case of users owing PlusNet money it would be fixed damn fast.

CAn someone please look at ticket no #74675093 - which is a continuation of ticket number  #73985390.
This has now been outstanding for 6 months and Im sick to death of being fobbed off and my billing being mucked about due to referrals.
I just cannot believe the pathetic response I just got.

I have had a look over the latest reply. I can completely understand your reaction to what you were sent! I wouldn't be happy with that either and apologise as it really was of no help.
I've not seen Ryan today to nudge about it, but when I see him I'll make sure I do (if he hasn't already picked it up).
Also, as promised, an update on the missing/zero/null referrals.
The fix has been done, tested and is being rolled live as I type. Just a heads up, don't panic if you are billed this month and the referrals are still missing.
The person you have referred will need to be billed first and then yourself. Worst case scenario it may be up to 2 months before some referrals show up going forward (e.g. If their billing date was 8th and yours was 7th they would need to be billed on 8th Feb and then yourself on 7th March)
Also to be clear, this doesn't include past referrals that are missing. That is a seperate task (same problem: 75835) and will be comms'd out to people individually who are affected. I don't have a date as yet for when these will all be credited as we are just identifying everything that is missing.

I can confirm that the problematical referral I had is now showing correctly in my referrals table, i.e. '£0.00' has been replaced with '£0.75'
Just a reminder in case the team involved may have overlooked it, the value for 'Unlimited' is still showing as '0.50' on the page at http://portal.plus.net/support/tools/referrals/referrals_discount_info.shtml?membermenu=referralvalu...

Likewise, I checked just after Scotts post yesterday and it wasn't but presumably some script ran overnight and it's now showing the correct value. I guess we just need for the missing past referrals to be processed and we're there
