From what we can see it was e-mailed out on the 29th?
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Is that like the cashback email that was never received?Huh
Checked notifications but nothing, I assume I will be  notified before Monday or Plusnet will be breaking the Ofcom GC 9.6 again...

@The Almighty Cornholio - Looks like the notification should have come through a few days ago from what I can see on the account.

So to give 14 days notification because of the email price rise, can you just start the migrating process with another supplier without an early contract release penalty?
If not, can you email the 14 days notice to Plusnet as I wouldn't want to wait up to 45 mins on the phone.

Not had any emails about price increase on either of my accounts.... had bills though Cheesy
