Please stop contracting out when the customer has paid for Openreach to come out. Your contractor's are, and always have been, incompetent, bone-idle bodge artists.
:tickedoff:
I think you'll find that it's Open Reach themselves that are doing the contracting and not Plusnet, I guess they (Open Reach) have a lot of work to do which in itself is worrying!
Is that so? Well, they're giving themselves a bad name using who they do.
In this context who are 'they'? I assume you're referring to Open Reach?
i believe BT/OR use 3 outside contractors
Kelly Communications Kelly Communications
MJ Quinn MJ Quinn
Carillion Telent – Telent
Right. & the top of that list is what I seem to get.
to be fair to the contractor there, some of the actual OR guys struggle to find the cabinets too.
as the system they have for locating them gives them a pretty vague location. usually just the street and not specifically where on the street it is.
some of the cabs here are partially covered by hedges etc.

I guess it looks as though 'they' are 'BTOR' who if I remember rightly are not contactable by the public?
National Grid only deals with the high voltage part of the network. Supplies to households are provided by District Network Operating Companies and one can contact them in the case for example of power cuts. One does not contact the company that one pays for electricity usage.

Don't worry, they'll all be nationalised after the election! :2funny:
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
