A question about call volumes

Looking at the calls waiting here http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212 and for several days recently the calls are very much lower than usual

Assuming the figures are correct I wonder if there is any correlation with the weather (less rain and gales hence fewer problems) or is it possible that Chat is taking a lot of the potential load

There likely is a correlation with the weather, although we have been seeing improvements over the last few months overall too.

It looks like it's borked today , either that or no-ones called at all...

 

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

At the moment it looks like there's a short wait for provisioning (Around 1 minute currently) and for faults (About 2 minutes currently)

 

Customer Service, Tech, Customer Options, Housemoves and Sales are all showing 0 in the queue at the moment Thumbs_Up
