Zero internet and zero communication
This may be a bit of a rant. My fibre optic internet went down last Thursday evening. I submitted a fault the following morning. I hear nothing from you apart from the matter is being escalated to the support team the same day (Friday). Then nothing for 4 days. I thought this got looked into and the tested for 24 hours then a resolution is then offered. Not silence for 5 days. Customer service is based on keeping the customer in the loop. I am really not happy about this and will be looking for another ISP.
