How and where do I access an open ticket?
I suspect this has been asked before so apologies, but I was wanting the check the status of an open ticket, but for the life of me I can't see how to do it. I went to the portal and logged in assuming it was going to appear alongside my account details, but I see nothing obvious. I then did a search of this forum but when sorting the results by date there was nothing for this year!
I did click the Help and Support link on the right side of the portal page when I was logged in, on it (the green themed page) there was a link at the top to Log In, so I clicked it and it returned me to the landing page of the Portal!
It was at this point I gave up and took to typing this, so any help would be appreciated.
