Providing you are on a desktop/laptop, save the shots on your machine, then click the 'mountain' icon above the reply window and follow the prompts. If you are on a mobile device, select the desktop option, the proceed as indicated.

Re: Plus net hub 2

@Broadband There is nothing there to raise  any major concern, although if you continue to have dropouts fairly close together, we may need to do some further investigation - your connection should be almost uninterrupted.

Re: Plus net hub 2

@ghamilton123 I never assume anything, but it still shouldn't drop that often - in my experience - if there is no issue.

Re: Plus net hub 2

I went back to old hub when WiFi was acting up, since the hard reset and plugging in the hub 2 has dropped once at about 3am assuming just getting a stable connection. Since then as far as I cane see it's been stable unless I'm missing something? Not sure if the readings are good bad or average

Re: Plus net hub 2

@Broadband As I said previously, there is nothing untoward im the data you posted at 10PM last night, and the 0300 drop could be a DLM adjustment, or could be Openreach activity - how long was the drop?

Re: Plus net hub 2

Unfortunately I've no idea g
How long it dropped of for, like someone has said I assume line management was self adjusting as new contract increase speeds. Will keep an an eye out and see if stable over the next week, thanks for people's help

Re: Plus net hub 2

If you select 'WAN' from the options in the Error log, it will tell you.

Re: Plus net hub 2

Can you post the WAN tab of your error log? This may give us an idea of what is happening - to be honest, your connection should stay up for days/weeks/months unless there is an underlying issue My old ADSL connection, on a long and slightly dodgy line, remained up for around 300 days before I switched to FTTC, and that has only failed once - due to some dodgy 'engineering' work.
