I switched from sky to Plusnet fibre and am due to go live next Monday on the 15th and have seen that the router takes 3-5 days to arrive and the router has not been dispatched yet so I was wondering if anybody could check my account to find out when it will be sent.thanks

Hi @Witter, the router will usually be automatically sent to arrive a few days before your go live date but we've now ordered this manually for you to ensure it arrives on time. Please get back to us if you have any further queries.
