Order start date

Hi,

 

I've opened a ticket a couple of days ago with details to amend my start date and update the router postage address, but have yet to receive a reply.

Question# 185517989 

Just want to make sure it happens before the router gets posted.

Hi, where did you raise a ticket?  As I also want my router sent to a different address.

 

 

I am also curious about the request to amending the start date.  Does the start date not just start once the broadband is connected?

You can raise a ticket/question by logging in to your account.
Yes you get a start date assigned automatically but I needed mine pushed back.

Hi @plusnutcracker,

 

I haven't been able to trace your details from your Community username, it may be that the details have not yet updated.

 

I would suggest logging in to your Member Centre to see whether there are any open questions about your order, which you can then respond to with details of your router delivery address requirements.

 

If you do not have any questions that you can respond to, please can you send your username for the Member Centre by private message, so I can respond to you in relation to your account query.
