Hi I had an activation date of the 28th July, I have just turned the router on after connecting and the adsl light is flashing green so it's not syncing I have no light on the internet. Can you confirm that the order went through and was activated?
Hi, I spoke to a person on the 2nd August and they stated that the broadband connection will be activated in 48 hrs. You guess it still no broadband. Tried to phone three times and spent at least an hour each time on hold. Placed this query on this forum and the conversation as disappeared! Will someone please answer me back with a update!
