New customer

Hi I had my phone line opened last week. And my router was delivered last week also . I’m trying to set my router up I can see traffic going to and from the router can anyone at Plusnet see if I can get switched on please currently getting a orange light and solid red B . Also haven’t received £75 gift card . Thank you Smiley

I'm happy to hear that everything's up and running now. With regards to your £75 reward card you should receive an email to claim this within the next 10 days. Once you've claimed it you'll receive the card by post within 30 days.
